Report a Claim

When reporting a claim have the following information with you when you make the call or file a claim online:
Your insurance policy number
The date and time the loss happened
The policyholder's name and address
A description of what happened
If you are reporting an auto accident, the other driver's insurance information
If your car was towed to an auto body repair shop have the name, telephone number and address. 
Please include a home telephone number or cell phone where we can contact you
Hold on to all receipts and any photos you have taken.
